Dear PCA Program stakeholders,
As you may be aware, MassHealth encountered an unexpected issue yesterday where only 300 participants were able to attend MassHealth’s public information session. Please accept our apologies if you attempted to join but were unable to do so.
To ensure that everyone has an opportunity to attend an information session if they wish, MassHealth has scheduled three additional information sessions for this week:

FI Transition to Tempus Unlimitted

IMPORTANT: As of January 1, 2022, Tempus Unlimited is the ONLY Fiscal Intermediary (FI) for the MassHealth PCA program. All PCA timesheets must be submitted to Tempus Unlimited.

Starting 1/13, PCAs and consumers will receive text/email messages within two business days of their timesheet being received and again when processed by Tempus FI. More information at



IMPORTANT: Starting 1/13/22, MassHealth PCAs and consumers will receive a text message and email confirming that Tempus FI has received their timesheet within two business days after receipt. PCAs and consumers will receive another text and email once Tempus has processed their timesheet, the morning after it is processed.   PCAs and consumers should update their phone number and email address to ensure they receive these messages by visiting:
The Tempus call center is experiencing very long call wait times. Please do not call Tempus to confirm that your timesheet was received. You will receive a confirmation text/email within two business days of submitting. If there is an issue with your timesheet, Tempus will contact the Consumer directly.  At this time, please do not call Tempus about FI transition paperwork.

Consumers are strongly encouraged to use e-timesheet.  E-timesheet is faster and easier than fax, and has less potential for errors.  E-timesheet users also get immediate confirmation that their timesheets were received.  To learn more about signing up for e-timesheet, please visit

IMPORTANTE: A partir del 1 de Enero del 2022, Tempus Unlimited es el UNICO Intermediario Fiscal (FI) para el Programa de PCA de MassHealth. Todas las hojas de tiempo deben de ser enviadas a Tempus Unlimited.

PCAs Paystubs and W-2s Portals

PCAs can access the below portals online to view copies of paystubs and W-2s online that were processed by Northeast Arc prior to 12/31/2021.
Instructions on how to access each portal is listed below. Click on the respective Icon according to the type and timeframe of payroll records you need.

Checks Stop Payment Requests

If your PCA has a check that was previosuly issued by the Northeast Arc (check dated 12/31/2021 and prior) you can complete our new Stop Payment request form to request a replacement check to be reissued.
